Senior Client Marketing Manager

SUMMARY
As a member of the global marketing team, Servigistics senior client marketing manager will play a vital role in company revenue generation by building and expanding client relationships and generating qualified sales opportunities within the company's impressive installed base.   This highly visible and accountable position will report directly to the EVP of global marketing and alliances.  The client marketing manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive installed based marketing plan designed to increase clients' awareness of Servigistics expanded solution portfolio and value delivery capabilities while quickly delivering significant incremental sales pipeline value. 

SUCCESS CRITERIA

  • Deliver incremental pipeline value and accelerate existing sales cycles
  • Expand and nurture client relationships
  • Increase attendance at client conferences
  • Expand clients' awareness of Servigistics expanded solution portfolio and value delivery capabilities

KEY ROLES

  • Execute broad-base and highly targeted pipeline development campaigns
  • Collaborate with account managers and sales executives to prioritize and pre-qualify sales opportunities
  • Plan and execute Servigistics client conferences
  • Manage client reference programs.
  • Plan and execute client events to include conferences, dinners, seminars and webinars.
  • Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly status reports.
  • Manage the planning and execution of Servigistics EXCHANGE - annual client conference

QUALIFICATIONS

Ideal candidates for this position must be highly motivated, self starters that have and understanding and appreciation for the inescapable connection between client relationships and revenue.   Candidates must enjoy working in a highly accountable work environment and looking for a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of a fast growing company and a highly focused team.  Candidate must possess the following qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in business, marketing finance or related discipline; MBA preferred.
  • 8-10 years management experience
  • Prior experience in installed base marketing and/or account management positions.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing large scale (300+ attendee) client events
  • Experience executing audience acquisition campaigns, email campaigns, direct mail campaigns
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding personal and team goals and quotas.
  • Experience using social media (Facebooks, Twitter LinkedIn, YouTube) to build client relationships.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Superb time management and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized to manage data, analyze results and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Experiencing planning and executing webinars and road shows
