Benefits are an important part of each employee's total compensation.  Servigistics provides comprehensive, balanced, competitive benefits intended to meet the diverse needs of the Servigistics team. Unless otherwise indicated, full-time Servigistics employees are eligible for benefits starting the first day of the month after 30 consecutive days of employment.

  • Medical  Servigistics offers full-time employees several medical plan options, ranging from POS, PPO and HSA plans. Coverage for employees and their dependents is offered at a competitive cost and even includes one employer-paid medical plan.
  • Dental  Our dental plan gives employees and their dependents the flexibility to see any dentist they choose. Coverage for employees and their dependents is offered at a competitive cost.
  • Vision  Servigistics offers vision benefits to all eligible employees. The plan, with certain limitations, provides for eye exams and lenses/frames or contacts every twelve months. Coverage for employees and their dependents is provided at a competitive cost.
  • Short-Term and Long-Term Disability  Upon meeting eligibility, Servigistics’  employees are automatically enrolled in company-paid short-term and long-term disability benefits for eligible employees.
  • Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance  Servigistics provides basic life insurance coverage and accidental death and dismemberment insurance coverage for eligible employees at two (2) times their annual earnings, up to a maximum benefit of $300,000.
  • Voluntary Life Insurance  Servigistics offers employees the opportunity to purchase additional life insurance for themselves and their dependent(s). Employees may purchase life insurance in increments of $10,000, up to a maximum of $500,000.  Dependent life insurance for spouses can be purchased in increments of $5,000, up to a maximum of $100,000; however, spousal coverage can not exceed 50% of the employee’s life amount.  Dependent life insurance for children may be purchased either at $5,000 or $10,000 life amount.  Upon separation with the company, the voluntary life insurance is portable into a private policy.
  •  401(k) Retirement Plan  The Servigistics 401(k) Retirement Plan allows eligible employees to defer up to 90% of eligible compensation into various investment funds before any federal and state income taxes are withheld.
  • Flexible Spending Accounts  Servigistics offers Section 125 flexible spending accounts, which allow employees to pay for eligible health care and dependent care expenses with income that is not taxed.
  • Holidays  Servigistics observes ten (10) paid holidays each calendar year, two (2) of which are appointed as floating holidays. The floating holidays are established at the beginning of each year and may offer the employee the discretion on redeeming the holiday.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)  Servigistics employees can accrue up to 16 days of paid time off for a calendar year. This amount increases to a maximum of 25 days off per year, commensurate with the employee’s years of service.
