Together, the highly motivated and experienced group of individuals, have extensive experience in a blend of Fortune 500 companies and successful start-ups including: AlliedSignal, AltaVista, Ariba, Arthur Andersen, Digital Equipment Corporation, Ernst & Young, General Electric, Honeywell, i2, IBM, McKinsey and Company, PeopleSoft, and The Boeing Company.
Collectively, Servigistics’ management team forges the strategic vision of the company and focuses on achieving the long-term goals of predictability, profitability, sustained growth and 100 percent customer satisfaction. Eric Hinkle
Chief Executive Officer
As Chief Executive Officer for Servigistics, Eric has overall responsibility for the company’s strategy, organization and operations, and serves as a member of the board of directors. With 20 years in technology development and executive leadership positions, he has extensive experience building successful businesses and applying technology to deliver value across a number of different industries.
Prior to joining Servigistics, Eric served as chief executive officer, acting chief financial officer and director for MediaOcean, providing Web-enabled research, sales, order management, integration, and e-business solutions to television and radio broadcasters and rep firms. He raised $15 million of venture capital, prior to orchestrating the sale of the company to Donovan Data Systems in 2002.
Previously, Eric served as president, chief operating officer and director for Radiant Systems, providing integrated POS, back-office and headquarters management solutions to multi-location retailers. He grew the business from $15 million in 1995 to $130 million in 1999, and launched a successful IPO in 1997. Prior to Radiant Systems, he served as general manager of a $200 million avionics business for AlliedSignal, as senior engagement manager for McKinsey and Company and as an engineer for IBM Research.
Eric holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Brown University, a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Mike Landry
Founder and CTO
As Founder and Chief Technology Officer for Servigistics, Mike is responsible for product strategy and business development. Mike has 20 years of experience delivering software and consulting solutions for service, most recently with Vantive. Since starting Servigistics in 1999, he has led the creation, development and implementation of the Servigistics solution for a roster of blue chip clients.
With Mike’s visionary leadership, Servigistics has developed the industry’s broadest and deepest Strategic Service Management solution, attracting many global market-leading clients and raising substantial capital. Today, Servigistics is the fastest growing company in the after-sale service software industry, with highly referenceable clients across high tech, aerospace, motor vehicles, medical, telecommunications, and consumer and industrial products.

David Craig
Senior Vice President, Sales
As Senior Vice President, Sales, David is responsible for providing global sales leadership since that is our matrix model. With more than 20 years in software sales and operations, David brings a wealth of experience to Servigistics with the proven ability to build and lead strong sales teams in high growth businesses.
Prior to joining Servigistics, David served as vice president of the retail planning and optimization solution unit at Oracle. There, David built a team of 25 sales, content experts and product marketing specialists to drive sales of Oracle’s RPO solutions and develop the company’s global go-to-market strategy. Prior to Oracle, David was the director of strategic accounts for ProfitLogic, the leading provider of retail merchandise optimization technology. At ProfitLogic, David managed the company’s top five strategic accounts, including Home Depot, Federated and JCPenney. David also held sales and sales management positions at Ariba, SAP and Transax Systems.
David holds a bachelor of science degree from the University of Tennessee.

Lee Smith
Executive Vice President, Operations
Lee brings over 18 years of experience in the high tech, commercial and defense industries to his role as Executive Vice President, Operations for Servigistics. Lee began his career in 1985 at GE, where he worked in the Aerospace and Aircraft Engine divisions and was a graduate of the GE Manufacturing Management and Advanced Course in Engineering Programs. While at GE, he gained experience across a broad variety of functions in software and technology, from development and quality to program management, manufacturing and direct sales, and he was successful in significant leadership positions managing large organizations.
Lee also worked at AlliedSignal Aerospace as a Product Line Director, leading performance, reliability and customer satisfaction improvement initiatives and new product development programs, as well as efforts to consolidate two operating divisions.
In his most recent position at Radiant Systems, Lee held senior management positions in software development, business development, and client management. Lee also led the ASP hosting operations, internal business applications, and the effort to build the indirect sales channel for Radiant products.
Lee earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Virginia Tech and a master’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Cincinnati.

Gary Brooks
Executive Vice President, Worldwide Marketing and Alliances
As Executive Vice President of Worldwide Marketing and Alliances, Gary is responsible for the development and execution of global marketing strategy, to include positioning, branding, demand creation, public relations, product marketing and strategic partnerships. He brings more than 20 years of experience in strategic positioning and marketing of enterprise software solutions to the company.
Prior to Servigistics, Gary served as vice president of corporate marketing for Ariba, Inc., where he led the company’s global marketing efforts and successfully positioned Ariba as the high-valued business-to-business software leader.
Before joining Ariba, Gary served as vice president of marketing at TRADEX Technologies, where he developed and implemented strategic market positioning that led to the successful merger between Ariba and TRADEX. Ariba acquired TRADEX for $5.6 billion in Ariba stock in March 2000, one of the largest software mergers to date.
Prior to TRADEX, Gary served as vice president of marketing for Fortress Technologies and director of product marketing for AltaVista and spent 13 years with Digital Equipment Corporation, where he served in a variety of senior marketing communications and product marketing positions.
Gary is a co-founder of the Atlanta Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Round Table and Chairman of the Brooks Family Foundation. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University, a master's degree from Lesley College, and is a retired United States Army Reserve Officer. In 2006 The Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) named Gary Georgia’s “Technology Marketing Executive of the Year.”

Doug Guess
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer for Servigistics, Doug has overall responsibility for Finance and Administration strategy and operations. He brings over 15 years of experience in business and other financial roles to the position.
Prior to joining Servigistics, Doug served as Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer for Employease Inc., a provider of HR management software-as-a-service solutions. As Chief Financial Officer, he secured the capital necessary to facilitate the company’s emergence as a market leading SaaS provider, developed the financial strategy to support exponential growth and guided it through a successful sale to Automatic Data Processing (ADP).
Before joining Employease, Doug served as Chief Financial Officer and General Manager for Alphamed Inc., a developer and manufacturer of ambulatory intravenous medical devices, and as a manager in the Business Services and Audit group of Price Waterhouse LLP. While at Price Waterhouse, he served clients in over 20 industries, primarily in manufacturing and technology, and focused on SEC registrants and merger and acquisition activities of small to mid-sized companies.
Doug holds a bachelor of science degree in both Accounting and Finance from Florida State University.
