Our team is comprised of an exceptionally talented team of industry leaders that bring together extensive experience garnered in senior management positions at Fortune 500 and successful start-up companies, including AlliedSignal, AltaVista, Ariba, Arthur Andersen, Digital Equipment Corporation, Employease, Ernst & Young, General Electric, Honeywell, i2, IBM, McKinsey and Company, Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP and The Boeing Company.

Eric Hinkle
Chief Executive Officer
As Chief Executive Officer for Servigistics, Eric has overall responsibility for the company's strategy, organization and operations, and serves as a member of the board of directors. With more than 25 years in technology development and executive leadership positions, he has extensive experience building successful businesses and applying technology to deliver value across a number of different industries.
Prior to joining Servigistics, Eric served as chief executive officer, acting chief financial officer and director for MediaOcean, providing Web-enabled research, sales, order management, integration, and e-business solutions to television and radio broadcasters and rep firms. He raised $15 million of venture capital, prior to orchestrating the sale of the company to Donovan Data Systems in 2002.
Previously, Eric served as president, chief operating officer and director for Radiant Systems, providing integrated POS, back-office and headquarters management solutions to multi-location retailers. He grew the business from $15 million in 1995 to $130 million in 1999, and launched a successful IPO in 1997. Prior to Radiant Systems, he served as general manager of a $200 million avionics business for AlliedSignal, as senior engagement manager for McKinsey and Company and as an engineer for IBM Research.
Eric holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Brown University, a master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, and an MBA from Harvard Business School, and serves on the Board of the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce.
Gregg Schoonover
Senior Vice President, Research & Development
As Senior Vice President, Research & Development for Servigistics, Gregg is responsible for product strategy and business development and leads Servigistics' product development efforts focusing on technology and architecture, development processes, and software quality.
Gregg has been helping software companies build enterprise-class application architectures for more than 20 years, spanning the telecommunications, retail, and supply chain domains. Prior to joining Servigistics, Gregg led the Technology Strategy efforts for Manhattan Associates, a market-leading SCM software company that built a broad set of supply chain management applications with unified platform architecture as the foundation. Before Manhattan, Gregg the led the development and implementation services efforts for BlueCube Software, a retail technology start-up that grew rapidly and was ultimately acquired by RedPrairie in 2006. In the late 90s, Gregg was with Radiant Systems where he led the architecture teams for the product development organization. In the early 90s, Gregg was the principle architect for building very large scale CRM and billing applications for the telecommunications industry.
Gregg earned his Master's in Software Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, a program focused on designing robust software architectures and improving the software development process. Gregg earned his Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Virginia Tech.

Lee Smith
Executive Vice President, Operations
Lee brings more than 20 years of experience in the high tech, commercial and defense industries to his role as Executive Vice President, Operations for Servigistics. Lee began his career in 1985 at GE, where he worked in the Aerospace and Aircraft Engine divisions and was a graduate of the GE Manufacturing Management and Advanced Course in Engineering Programs. While at GE, he gained experience across a broad variety of functions in software and technology, from development and quality to program management, manufacturing and direct sales, and he was successful in significant leadership positions managing large organizations.
Lee also worked at AlliedSignal Aerospace as a product line director, leading performance, reliability and customer satisfaction improvement initiatives and new product development programs, as well as efforts to consolidate two operating divisions.
In his most recent position at Radiant Systems, Lee held senior management positions in software development, business development, and client management. Lee also led the ASP hosting operations, internal business applications, and the effort to build the indirect sales channel for Radiant products.
Lee earned a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Virginia Tech and a master's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Cincinnati.

Mark Vigoroso
Senior Vice President, Global Marketing and Alliances
As Senior Vice President of Global Marketing and Alliances, Mark is responsible for the development and execution of global marketing strategy, to include positioning, branding, demand creation, public relations, product marketing and strategic partnerships. He brings more than 12 years experience in the service and supply chain industry to the company having held senior positions in product management, business development, and marketing with procurement and supply chain technology providers.
Prior to Servigistics, Mark served as Chief Services Strategist at Qualcomm Enterprise Services (QES) where he worked with industrial, commercial, medical, construction equipment, and other OEMs and their service providers to develop and sustain business cases for "Smart Services" solutions and to commercialize these offerings for mass-market adoption. He also led strategic market development for a machine-to-machine joint venture between Qualcomm and Verizon Wireless called nPhase.
Before joining Qualcomm, Mark spent five years at the Aberdeen Group, a research firm focused on the global technology-driven value chain where as Chief Research Officer, he founded the market-leading Service Chain Management research practice and the Chief Service Officer's Summit Series. During his tenure at Aberdeen, Mark researched, published, and consulted on technology and business best practices in field service optimization, service inventory management, remote product service, service contract management, and other service supply chain disciplines.
Mark is a board member at Arizona State University's Center for Services Leadership (CSL), a member of The First Wednesday Group, an executive roundtable for services and support leaders, and an advisory board member of the International Quality and Productivity Center (IQPC)'s Service Management conference series. Mark earned his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, with concentrations in Marketing, Finance, and Strategy. In 2008, Supply & Demand Chain Executive magazine named Mark a "Pro to Know."

Bill Atkinson
Chairman
Having a wealth of international executive management and operations experience, Bill serves in the role of Chairman at Servigistics, as well as a number of other companies, including Click Commerce, ProLogic Redemption Solutions and Palladium Energy.
Bill also serves as an Operating Partner for Marlin Equity Partners, where he is focused on investment opportunities in the technology sector. His primary responsibilities include providing due diligence, operational support and oversight to Marlin portfolio companies. Bill's industry experience is broad based, including several years in payment processing, as well as more than 20 years in enterprise software and services businesses.
Prior to Marlin, Bill was executive vice president of the payment systems business of VeriFone Holdings Inc., reporting directly to the CEO, with global responsibility for the payment terminal business and revenue responsibility of $720 million. He also had operational responsibility for the International Division (EMEA, LAC and ASPAC), and under his leadership, revenue increased from $100 million to over $400 million.
Prior to joining VeriFone, Bill served in executive positions in the enterprise software industry including executive vice president at Cayenta, Inc., a subsidiary of Titan Corporation, focused on enterprise application software and hosted applications serving major retailers. Prior thereto, he was CEO of Expersoft Corporation. Under his leadership, the company transformed itself from a traditional OSS software company to a world-class telecommunications infrastructure software provider and was successfully sold to Vertel Corporation.
After the sale of Expersoft, Bill remained with Vertel where he held the position of senior vice president, and led a worldwide sales organization with extensive international operations.
Bill earned a B.S. in Business Administration / Marketing from Northern Illinois University.
Peter Vlerick
Executive Vice President and CFO
Peter joined Servigistics in May of 2008 and has global responsibility for Finance and Administration. Peter brings more than 20 years of experience in finance and accounting to his role as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Servigistics.
Prior to joining Servigistics, Peter served as senior director of financial planning and analysis at Orbitz Worldwide. During his tenure with Orbitz, Peter was a key member of the finance team responsible for selling Orbitz to The Blackstone Group and subsequently taking Orbitz public. Prior to Orbitz, Peter worked in a variety of finance positions in his eight years with RR Donnelley. Peter began his career in the audit practice of Ernst and Young, LLP.
Peter received his bachelor's degree in Accounting with magna cum laude distinction at Boston College and his master's degree in Business Administration from The University of Chicago, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Doug Keister
Senior Vice President, Sales
As Senior Vice President of Sales, Doug leads all sales, presales and business development activities for Servigistics and is responsible for driving strategic relationships with customers and customer satisfaction in the Americas. Doug is also responsible for global sales operations.
Doug brings more than 20 years of sales and senior sales leadership experience in the enterprise software market. Prior to Servigistics, Doug held several executive and sales management positions at SAP, including Senior Vice President and General Manager of Territory Sales for the Eastern US. Before joining SAP, Doug spent nine years at Oracle in various sales and sales management roles, most recently, as Vice President of Mid-Market sales for the Southeastern US. Doug began his sales career at Legent Corporation and has also held sales management roles at Platinum Technology.
Doug serves on the Board of Directors of Dataquest, Inc., a specialty software provider focused on the mental health rehabilitation and substance abuse treatment industries.
