Chris Amet
Chief Architect

As Chief Architect for Servigistics, Chris plays a vital role in the company’s technical strategy and is responsible for Servigistics’ global product architecture. Under his capable leadership, Chris’ team has secured Servigistics’ position as the leader in service parts management solutions delivery by developing Servigistics’ revolutionary product along with regular enhancements to the solution.

With more than 15 years of software engineering experience managing multi-million-dollar projects, Chris has seen success at every juncture of his career. Prior to joining Servigistics, he served as director of research and development for Roadtrac LLC, where he designed, developed and distributed a successful fleet management system for commercial and consumer use. Chris also brings engineering development experience from Advance Technology Corporation and Wegener Communications, Inc., where he rapidly built the company's engineering departments and delivered award-winning products.

Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University.

Dr. Nikhil Jain
Vice President, Products

Nikhil has over 10 years experience in helping companies solve complex supply chain problems through software solutions and process consulting.  Nikhil joined Servigistics from i2 Technologies where he was the product line manager responsible for product management and product strategy of service parts management solution. 

Prior to joining i2, Nikhil was the assistant professor of operations management in College of Business at University of Cincinnati where his research focused on supply chain management of short life cycle products.

Nikhil received his PhD in operations management from University of Texas at Austin and Bachelors in Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology at Mumbai.

Dr. Steven Conley
Chief Engineer

Dr. Steven Conley serves as the Chief Engineer for Servigistics.  Steven has over 33 years of computer hardware and software engineering, custom application, product development and network design. Prior to joining Servigistics, Dr. Conley was the founder of New Technology Solutions, founding VP of R&D at MicroBilt Corporation, held key positions at Sandia National Labs, and was Assistant Professor at Virginia Polytechnic Institute.

Steven earned his bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University and his PhD and M.S. in electrical engineering and computer sciences from the University of Arizona.

Steven Caldwell
Vice President, Engineering

As Vice President of Research and Development for Servigistics, Steven is pivotal in the design and continuing development of our solutions.  With more than 15 years of software engineering experience building world-class commercial software applications.  Prior to joining Servigistics, he served as Vice President of research and development for VCG Software, Inc, where he designed, developed and deployed an industry leading turn key software solution to the Staffing Industry.

Steven holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Vanderbilt University.

Bob Schroeder
Vice President, Aerospace & Defense

Bob brings more than 25 years of experience in A&D to his current role as Vice President of Aerospace and Defense. Throughout his career, he has worked in a variety of roles spanning manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, maintenance and customer support for a variety of A&D companies, including Fairchild Aerospace, Daimler Benz Aerospace, Dornier Luftfahrt, Pratt & Whitney, AAR Corp and a number of other Aerospace and Automotive related business.

Currently, Bob provides account management, strategic business reviews, account surveys, solution definition, model development and consulting support for a broad range of clients.   While at Servigistics, Bob has worked across a variety of market sectors including A&D, Automotive, Industrial and High Tech.  Clients have included Embraer, Southwest Airlines, Toshiba, Freightliner, Mercedes-Benz, Kia Motors, Sprint, Toyota, Honeywell Aerospace, GE Aviation and Rolls Royce.

Prior to joining Servigistics in 2005, Bob was the SPM Solution Executive at i2 Technologies.
