MTD Products, Inc., manufacturer of outdoor power equipment, and Servigistics, Inc., provider of service parts management solutions, announced that MTD has selected Servigistics to manage the company's service parts operations. "Having the right part, at the right place, at the right time is critical to delivering quality service in the power equipment business," says Gary Lobaza, senior vice president of service.
