Servigistics (Atlanta, GA), a provider of service parts management solutions, announced that Toshiba America Medical Systems (Tustin, CA), a provider of diagnostic imaging equipment, successfully implemented the Servigistics solution to enhance the company's service delivery capabilities. The Servigistics solution was deployed across Toshiba America Medical Systems' entire service infrastructure resulting in improvements in inventory turns, planner productivity and service parts fill rates while reducing inventory stock outs and write-offs.
