Servigistics, a provider of service parts management solutions, has announced that Toshiba America Medical Systems, a provider of diagnostic imaging equipment, has implemented the Servigistics solution to enhance the company's service delivery capabilities. The solution was deployed across the firm’s entire service infrastructure. Reported improvements include: Reduced service parts stock-outs by 13 percent; increased service parts planner productivity by 25 percent; increased service parts inventory turns by 35 percent; reduced service parts inventory write-offs by 24 percent.
