ARC Advisory Group - Hewlett-Packard Japan Announces Partnership with Servigistics

Hewlett-Packard Japan, the Japanese arm of Hewlett-Packard Company, and Servigistics, a leading service parts management solution provider, announced an agreement to offer the Servigistics Service Parts Management solution in combination with HP Japan's business consulting services to manufacturers and distributors throughout the region.
Under the agreement, HP Japan will leverage the Servigistics Service Parts Management solution to enable product manufacturers and distributors to realize improved effectiveness and efficiency in their service businesses. Additionally, HP Japan will provide complete support services from the pre-implementation phase through post-implementation phase, including value assessments, consulting services, system design and architecture support and system maintenance.
