Innovate Forum - Dainippon Screen Implements Servigistics for Service Parts Management

Dainippon Screen, a supplier of semiconductor fabrication equipment, and Servigistics, a provider of service parts management solutions, announced today that Dainippon Screen has successfully implemented the Servigistics Service Parts Management solution across its global service parts network.
Deployed in less than 28 weeks across Dainippon Screen's 60+ stocking locations in twelve countries, the Servigistics solution will enable Dainippon Screen to achieve global visibility across its service parts network, while reducing its service parts inventory investment. With Servigistics, Dainippon Screen will also maintain world-class service parts availability and equipment uptime. Servigistics worked with Nihon Unisys throughout the implementation phase, as a result of their partnership agreement announced last year to offer service parts management solutions throughout Japan.
