Servigistics 9.0, software from Servigistics to handle aftermarket service-parts and workforce management, has been successfully tested to run on the SAP NetWeaver platform. As a result, the application has earned “Powered by SAP NetWeaver” certification. Nearly 30 percent of Servigistics' global client base is made up of customers using SAP software. The new certification allows them to extend their existing investments in products from both companies, through integrating systems and accessing Servigistics tools within the NetWeaver Portal. Future Servigistics clients will be assured of seamless, rapid deployment of the software within their existing NetWeaver-based environments, the vendor said. Servigistics has already integrated with a number of SAP applications. Its applications for service-parts management, workforce management and pricing operate together on a single data model.
