Servigistics, the leading strategic service management solution provider, today announced the addition of David Craig to its management team as Senior Vice President of Sales, North America. David will head up all domestic sales initiatives for the company.

Craig brings more than 20 years of software sales and operations experience to Servigistics. Most recently, Craig served as vice president of the retail planning and optimization solution unit at Oracle. Prior to Oracle, David held sales and sales management positions at ProfitLogic, SAP and Ariba.
