SDCE: FounderTech Successfully Implements Servigistics
Computer manufacturer optimizes service parts inventory across China operations
Atlanta — September 27, 2007 — Servigistics, a strategic service management solution provider, announced today that FounderTech, China's second largest PC manufacturer, has successfully implemented the Servigistics' Service Parts Planning solution across its service business in China.
FounderTech integrated the Servigistics solution to manage 10,000 service parts across three central service locations, 16 field service locations and 68 consignment depots in China. With Servigistics, FounderTech said it aligned its service organization on a single platform to optimize its inventory and manage overall performance at all levels of the service business. FounderTech selected Servigistics because of its post-sale service expertise and proven track record in implementing solutions for leading companies around the world.
