Atlanta — January 8, 2008 — Web Service Company said it has successfully implemented the Servigistics Service Workforce Management solution and achieved a positive ROI across its service operations.
Web Service Company is the West coast's largest laundry service provider, serving multi-housing locations, including apartment properties, condos, college and university residence halls and military bases.
Web Service Company is using the Servigistics solution to schedule and route hundreds of field service technicians who service 260,000 washers/dryers across 40,000 locations and plans to extend use of the application to equipment installation operations in the next phase. Since implementation, the company has experienced an appreciable increase in productivity.
