Servigistics has been named one of Atlanta’s top 50 Fastest-Growing Private Companies by the Atlanta Business Chronicle for the fifth time.

The correlation between customer satisfaction and stock price is driving the success of Atlanta-based Servigistics Inc.
Servigistics, established in Atlanta in 1999, is one of the industry leaders in strategic service management.
"There is a large and growing market for what we do," CEO Eric Hinkle said. "Most IT investment [in large corporations] has targeted the sales/products/manufacturing/distribution side of business. As a result, executives realize they do not have the technology infrastructure required to support the decision-making cross-functional collaboration required to deliver world-class service."
Servigistics has provided good enough service to be one of Atlanta's fastest-growing companies. The company's staff grew from 121 in 2005 to 182 in 2007.
"Problems arise when you drive more revenue than you can handle operationally, or worse, have idle operational capacity with no associated revenue," Hinkle said. "Maintaining this balance drives all of our hiring and staffing decisions."
Hiring is one of the areas in which Servigistics has made its greatest internal strides, Hinkle said. That has come in two areas. First, the company learned to build its teams from the top down, Hinkle said.
"For example, we should have hired an experienced CFO and an experienced general manager for our EMEA operations earlier," he said.
Secondly, the company learned that it needs its senior management team in one location to increase communication and productivity, Hinkle said.
