CBR: "Air Canada has selected the Servigistics service parts management solution to improve overall operational efficiency while reducing operating costs"

Air Canada will use the Servigistics solution to manage its rotable pool of inventory across locations in Canada, Asia-Pacific and Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

According to Servigistics, implementation of the Servigistics service parts management solution will help Air Canada improve overall supply chain responsiveness, reduce operating costs and risk, and decrease aircraft on ground time.

Diane Mazuroski, senior director of supply chain at Air Canada, said: "Air Canada is committed to service excellence, so on-time performance and operational reliability is a top priority. With Servigistics, we can become proactive rather than reactive with our parts inventory, which will enable us to better support maintenance of our fleet."
