Radiant Systems Upgrades Service Parts Management Capabilities with Servigistics
Innovative Store Technology Provider Selects Global Solution from Servigistics to Replace Its Current Service Parts Planning Solution
Implementation of the Servigistics solution will begin immediately and will be complete in several weeks. With this new implementation, Radiant will leverage Servigistics’ industry leading solution and realize savings from the global visibility Servigistics provides.
“Making the decision to go with Servigistics was simplified because the value we’ll gain from implementing Servigistics significantly outweighs the cost of replacing our current system,” said Mark Felix, director of global field services for Radiant. “As a global company, we needed a single-instance, scaleable service parts management solution specifically designed to meet our large-scale, global service parts challenges. The implementation of Servigistics’ Web-based solution platform and multi-language, multi-currency capabilities will enable us to optimize and manage our service parts across our entire service supply chain.”
“Global challenges are driving leading companies to consider operational infrastructure needs from a holistic, cross-border perspective,” said Eric Hinkle, CEO of Servigistics. “We are excited to have Radiant join our family of worldwide, market-leading clients who understand the financial and operational value of global service parts management.”
With this announcement, Servigistics kicks off 2004 with the same level of momentum and leadership demonstrated by the company in 2003. During 2003 Servigistics was named the global Service Parts Management industry leader by analyst firms AMR Research and Meta Group, and bolstered its client roster with industry leaders like Agfa, Akibia, Credence, Honeywell, InFocus, PartsNow!, Patterson Dental, StorageTek and Synstar.
