PRESS RELEASE - Servigistics Establishes Asia-Pacific Headquarters in Tokyo

New headquarters to enable industry leader to better serve growing client base in the region and capitalize on market opportunities

ATLANTA, GA. -- April 15, 2004 - Servigistics, the leading provider of Service Parts Management (SPM) solutions, today announced the establishment of the company’s Asia-Pacific (“APAC”) headquarters in Tokyo, to be led by Hiroshi Shimizu as General Manager. Mr. Shimizu, an enterprise and supply chain software industry veteran will be responsible for all sales, marketing, services, and partner relationships within the region. The opening of this office reflects the importance of APAC in serving the needs of the company’s growing, global client base, and builds on the continued expansion of Servigistics operations in the Americas and Europe.
