Servigistics Receives Numerous Industry Awards as Service Parts Management Leader

Best-in-class service parts management solution garners two more coveted awards

ATLANTA – July 19, 2005 – Servigistics, the leading service parts management solution provider, announced today that it has received two more coveted industry awards, broadening its lead as the most award-winning service parts management solution in the industry. Servigistics is continuously recognized by clients, industry analysts, professional associations and industry publications for enabling global leading companies to improve performance by delivering significant value to their service businesses.

For the third consecutive year, Servigistics has been named to both the Supply & Demand Chain Executive Magazine’s “Executive 100” List, which recognizes top solutions providers assisting leading enterprises in enabling their supply and demand chains for competitive advantage, as well as the Global Logistics & Supply Chain Strategies Magazine’s “100 Great Supply Chain Partners” List, honoring vendors, receiving the most nominations from clients and/or partners, whose technology, logistics, transportation or consulting solutions have made a significant impact on a company’s supply chain efficiency in recent years. Both awards will appear in the June/July 2005 issue of each publication.

Additionally, Servigistics has recently received the following awards:

Dell’s “2005 Service Supplier of the Year” Award – recognizes Dell’s top suppliers for making significant contributions to the company’s success. The Dell “Service Supplier of the Year” Award is one of six awards presented in the company’s annual Worldwide Procurement Conference. As a recipient of the award, Servigistics stood out among the thousands of Dell suppliers as the provider that is helping them to transform their service business into a growth engine for the company.

Sun Microsystem’s “Meritorious Supplier of the Year” Award – honors supplier achievements enabling Sun to attack cost and complexity, and raise the bar on performance. Servigistics was recognized as an instrumental contributor to Sun’s successful global service parts operation performance in 2004. With Servigistics, Sun replaced an alternative service parts planning system, realized substantial hard dollar savings ahead of plan, and achieved global visibility across its service parts operations on a single instance platform.

The Atlanta Business Chronicles “Pacesetter” Award – recognizes Atlanta’s top 50 fastest growing companies. 2005 marks the third consecutive year that Servigistics has received a Pacesetter Award. To qualify for a Pacesetter Award, companies must be headquartered in Atlanta and achieve annual revenue growth in excess of 50 percent.

Red Herring Magazine’s “Top 100 Private Companies” Finalist – recognizes the top 100 private companies in North America. Selected from nearly 1,000 candidates, Servigistics was the only service parts management solution provider to achieve finalist status.

“Servigistics is honored to receive such gratifying recognition from clients, industry analysts and publications for our efforts,” said Eric Hinkle, Servigistics CEO. “These awards recognize the collective talents, commitment, and professionalism of the Servigistics team, the excellence of our solution and our uncompromising dedication to clients. They also reinforce our success in the market – more leading companies selected Servigistics in the past two years than all our competitors combined, including a number of clients who swapped out alternative solutions to realize substantial incremental value.”
