Servigistics' EVP Marketing & Alliances Named "Technology Marketing Executive of the Year" by the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG)

Gary Brooks honored for outstanding leadership and postive impact on technology marketing

The Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) and Servigistics, the leading strategic service management solution provider, announced today that TAG has named Gary Brooks, Servigistics’ Executive Vice President Marketing & Alliances, Georgia’s 2006 “Technology Marketing Executive of the Year.”

“The Technology Marketing Executive of the Year Awards are a unique opportunity to recognize the remarkable impact an individual has made—not just within their own organization, but also toward the advancement of technology marketing as a whole,” said Amy Sigal of TAG Marketing’s awards committee.

The winners were selected from a qualified group of nominee applications.  Each nomination was reviewed by a selection committee comprised of TAG Marketing board members and a panel of Georgia technology executives.  Nominations were evaluated based on each individual’s contributions to his or her organization’s objectives and leadership; the organization’s impact on innovation; and the individual’s leadership in mentoring those in technology marketing.  Winners were then interviewed and chosen by a panel of judges.

“While it is an honor for me personally to receive this award, it truly recognizes the collaborative efforts of the extraordinary people with whom I have had the good fortune to work with throughout my career and the unselfish support from my family,” said Brooks.  “Therefore I am accepting this award on behalf of my family and my colleagues.”

As Servigistics’ Executive Vice President of Marketing & Alliances, Gary is responsible for the development and execution of the company’s global marketing strategy and partnerships.  Servigistics offers the only strategic service management solution that includes service parts management, workforce management, and pricing solutions that enable companies to transform their service operations and dramatically improve profitability, revenue, and customer loyalty. With Gary’s contributions, Servigistics has successfully established its presence throughout the U.S., APAC, and EMEA, while firmly holding the industry’s leadership position and consistently achieving award recognition from the company’s list of marquee clients, as well as analysts and industry publications.
