Servigistics Asia Hosts Second Annual APAC EXCHANGE Client Conference in Tokyo

Event to bring together more than 150 service leaders from around the APAC region

Servigistics, the leading strategic service management solutions provider, today announced that its APAC EXCHANGE 2006 conference will be held October 25-26 at the Capitol Tokyu Hotel in Akasaka, Tokyo.  Following the tremendous success of the inaugural conference last year, APAC EXCHANGE 2006 will bring together industry analysts, clients, partners and service business leaders from across the Asia-Pacific region to share ideas and insights on the strategic value of world class service management.

Attendees from global leading companies across industries, including automotive, high tech and telecommunications, will participate in valuable workshops, forums and presentations designed to explore how post-sale service is increasingly important to improving revenue, profits and customer loyalty.
