Servigistics Recognizes Clients for Service Excellence
Second annual strategic service awards presented to six clients for unparalleled service excellence
ATLANTA – March 13, 2007 – Servigistics Inc., the leading strategic service management solution provider, today announced the winners of its second annual “Strategic Service Excellence” Awards, which are given to companies that are successfully using the Servigistics solution to transform their service business and dramatically improve revenue, profitability and customer service levels.
The Servigistics Strategic Service Excellence Awards are presented to those clients who successfully demonstrate industry excellence in at least one of the four areas of strategic service management: service resource planning, service commitment management, service partner management, and service pricing management.
