Servigistics Implementation Wins Service Award at Field Service 2007

As part of the Servigistics implementation, Juniper Networks aligned its Global Service Organization on a single-service solution, successfully optimized its inventory and implemented the management of the install base planning, procurement, and reallocation processes across all levels of the business. As a result, over a 6-month period, On-Time Delivery increased by 27 percent, customer satisfaction improved by 10 percent, customer dissatisfaction red alerts decreased by 40 percent and material availability increased by 15 percent.
