Leading Companies use Servigistics

World Class Service

Servigistics offers six categories of professional services before, during and after software deployment. Our success depends on our clients’ success, so we assist our clients in identifying and removing obstacles to realizing desired results.

1. System Implementation Services

Our experienced global professional services teams ensure that our clients’ existing Enterprise resource planning (ERP) and other mission-critical systems integrate seamlessly with Servigistics’ SLM software. We boast a strong track record of successful implementations, backed by a rigorous process-driven approach, a proven implementation methodology, and a commitment to value achievement. To further assist our newest clients, we offer world-class training programs, available in multiple languages.

2. Technical Support Services

Our support team’s objective is to cultivate long-term client satisfaction through the delivery of quality products and services; ensuring clients continually realize return on their investment. We meet this objective through professional relationship management, 24x7 global solution support, post implementation project execution, IT hosting services and upgrade implementation services.

3. Application Hosting & Managed Services

Servigistics offers onsite or cloud hosting options to clients. The cloud option, delivered via Servigistics’ Managed Services operation, is an increasingly appealing option for many organizations, both for deployment simplification and total cost savings. Organizations like Dell, Coca-Cola, Sears, Home Depot, Mercedes-Benz, Cisco, IBM, Federal Express, and others leverage Servigistics Managed Services to achieve these benefits:

  • Agility. Lead time for installations is weeks instead of months.
  • Top-to-bottom support. Servigistics is responsible for the entire application environment, infrastructure, and operations, not just the software.
  • Cost visibility and predictability. Hidden costs are largely eliminated. IT costs are generally reduced.
  • Expert system management. Servigistics application experts manage the system for proactive value and faster resolution times.
Servigistics Managed Services houses all servers at a co-located Type IV N+1 data center, configured with redundant power supplies and RAID 10 to ensure reliability and security. Several levels of fault tolerance are offered, ranging from basic redundancy through real-time. Disaster Recovery likewise ranges from single site to cold site to hot site.

4. Process & Change Management (PCM) Services

Software is a critical enabler of a successful implementation of an SLM strategy. But it’s not the only determinant of success. Our Process & Change Management (PCM) offering is a set of professional services focused on the other success drivers – business process and organizational alignment. For the software power-users at our clients, the software go-live is really the first day of their new daily business processes. Change Management can help transition users, empower supervisors, ensure clear communication, and proactively plan for resistance to change. All of our PCM consultants are certified in Prosci’s ADKAR methodology, the worldwide leader in the field of Change Management (www.prosci.com).

Operational Assessment (OA)
As part of our Operational Assessment program, Servigistics’ PCM consultants focus on anticipating and neutralizing process and organizational hurdles that could derail an otherwise sound Service Lifecycle Management technology road map. Past OA projects have included restructuring an existing workforce organizational model, job responsibilities, and performance management metrics; implementing a centralized National Parts Center warehouse; and introducing a national inventory rebalancing process to significantly reduce inventory expense.

Strategy Assessment (SA)
As part of our Strategy Assessment program, Servigistics’ PCM consultants leverage our proven strategic roadmap methodology to assist our clients in defining a goal state for their post-sales service operations and a manageable path to make the goal state a reality. Our certified PCM consultants test the validity of clients’ visions, recommend improvement initiatives, and develop the time-phased plan required to execute the strategy.

5. Performance Services

Value Assessment (VA)
The Servigistics Value Assessment program provides a financial and operational analysis of the primary value opportunities within your company’s post-sales service operations. Our consultants will typically spend one to three days at facilities quantifying value propositions in such areas as freight, repairs, fleet and staff productivity; cost reductions in inventory carriage; part obsolescence and revenue and profit impact. The Value Assessment program’s financial findings are often used as the foundation for capital acquisition requests by our clients.

Performance Health Check (PHC)
The Servigistics Performance Health Check program is designed to ensure that our clients realize the value from their investment over time. Starting with a common understanding of our clients’ baseline performance levels across a number of SLM-related key performance indicators, our expert Value Assessment team helps our clients to close the gap between actual and optimal performance. Clients leverage PHCs to justify ongoing technology investment, but also to uncover opportunities to evolve Servigistics’ software to better support the evolution of their service organizations.

SLM Pulse™ Benchmarking Program
SLM Pulse™ is an annual benchmarking program delivered in partnership with Arizona State University’s Center for Service Leadership (wpcarey.asu.edu/csl) that provides insights to participating durable goods manufacturers about how they stack up against best-in-class performers in areas such as service parts planning and pricing, field service, call center, return and repair operations and service knowledge management. The CSL was founded in 1985 to pioneer the study of services when business schools were focusing primarily on products and manufacturing enterprises. Since then, the CSL has established itself as a globally recognized authority on how to compete strategically through the profitable use of services.

6. Operational Execution Services

Business Process Outsourcing
Servigistics partners with the world’s leading BPO providers to work with clients that have chosen to outsource some or all of their service lifecycle operations. We can support any planning or execution function in the service lifecycle with a turn-key outsourced operation, while providing full performance transparency to our clients.

Logistics and Repair
Servigistics partners with the world’s leading 3PLs, 4PLs, and third-party repair providers to deliver end-to-end parts fulfillment, warehousing, and return and repair operations.
